Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ads Management (Monthly Retainer)

• Unless otherwise agreed in your service agreement, ads management engagements are month-to-month.
• Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle, unless your agreement specifies different terms.
• There are no refunds for work already completed in the current billing period.
• If you have prepaid for a period, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion after the notice period.

Consulting Sessions

• Consulting sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be charged in full.
• Completed consulting sessions are non-refundable.

Training & Courses

• Digital training products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the content has been accessed, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.
• After 14 days or once more than 25% of the content has been accessed, training purchases are non-refundable.

Free Tools

The tools and calculators at tools.ecom-ads.com are provided free of charge. No payment is collected and no refunds apply.

Delivery of Services

• All services are delivered digitally — there are no physical goods or shipping involved.
• Ads management: ongoing service delivered through Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Consulting: delivered via video call (Google Meet/Zoom) and email.
• Training: delivered via online platform access.
• Reports and deliverables: shared via email or shared document links.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Send your cancellation or refund request to raoul@ecom-ads.com. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process any eligible refund within 14 business days.

Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us first so we can work towards a resolution. Unresolved disputes are subject to Dutch law and the jurisdiction of the courts in Haarlem, the Netherlands.
